The Kuwaiti Capital Market Authority (CMA) agreed on offering the 44.57 million shares of Coast Investment and Development for sale as of 5 August for a period of six months, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company’s losses shrank 55% to KWD 1.02 million ($3.36 million) in the first half of 2015, compared to KWD 2.26 million ($7.45 million) in the same period of 2014, the company said in a bourse filing.

Coast investment posted 11.5% decline in losses to KWD 1.23 million ($4.1 million) in the first quarter of 2015.
